What is the deadline for same day delivery?

Our shop is open 7 days in week. We deliver your order same day. We recommend you to make your order before 19:00. If you want to late delivery pls contact with us we try to help you.

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery all Istanbul. We can also offer delivery all Turkey. If you have any question you can call us 7/24. Our customer service work 24 hours.

What if no one is home to accept the flower delivery?

We try to contact with recipient and you. If we contact any, we do what you want. We can delivery is a safe palace in the bulding as security or neigbours. Sometimes we can bring flower back to shop when we contact with recepient we can deliver again. We try alway to make delivery it.

What are the delivery fees?

The delivery fee varies depending on the suburb for delivery. This is calculated when you check out.

How do I care for the flowers?

* Cut the end of the stems off with sharp scissors, on an angle  for a larger surface area.
* Place the flowers in a vase, filled with ¾ of fresh water.
* Ensure there is no loose debris or foliage below the water line.
* Change the water and re-cut the stems every few days.
* If you purchase flowers in a vase, they will already have water. All you need to do is follow the above steps the day after you receive the flowers. Also, your flowers are thirsty little things, so make sure you top up the water when they arrive.

We open 7 days in a week, at 9:00 to 22:00

If delivery time near 24 hours you can not make change.

If you contact with us from whatsapps we can send photo.
